Stetson School is a COA accredited, Residential and Education Treatment program, which is fully licensed by the Massachusetts Departments of Early Education and Care, and Elementary and Secondary Education. We serve young men, ages 9-22, who have problematic behaviors, sexually reactive behaviors, complex developmental difficulties, chronic mental illness and other behavioral issues. Stetson supports young men who have suffered from severe trauma, have histories of physical, emotional and/or sexual abuse and who may have had disrupted living arrangements or placements. We specialize in flexible, family-driven treatment, safety, stabilization and assessment. We develop an alliance with the family and work to strengthen those supports to enable a safe return to the community. Our beautiful country setting provides a therapeutic, safe and secure placement for young men, which promotes accountability and healing.

Fitchburg Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is located in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, and specializes in providing medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults age 18 and older who have opioid addictions. MAT combines the use of prescription medication with counseling. This approach has proved to be successful in helping patients maintain recovery. Unlike some methadone clinics that only provide one kind of medication, we offer methadone and Suboxone to address opioid cravings and withdrawal symptoms. These medications can help patients stop using opioids without experiencing painful symptoms of withdrawal. While medication can treat the physical aspect of opioid addiction, MAT includes a therapy component to address the emotional and psychological aspects of addiction. This patient-centered approach to treatment aims to help people feel empowered and motivated to overcome opioid addiction and thrive.

At Walden Behavioral Care, we have spent more than a decade engaging our patients and their families in eating disorder treatment services. Successful treatment requires a combination of medical, nutritional, behavioral and psychiatric care. Because of our expert staff and community involvement we are able to place patients in the correct level of care that they need whether with us or one of our trusted outside providers. We offer a full continuum of care, including outpatient services, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization programs (PHP), residential, and inpatient care.

Resilience Behavioral Health treats anyone in the midst of addiction or dealing with co- occurring disorders with a trauma informed approach. Our program does not require a certain age, we work with emerging adults, geriatrics, first responders, post traumatic stress disorder, and anyone struggling with a substance abuse disorder.

Gifford Street Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), located in New Bedford, Massachusetts, offers medication-assisted treatment, or MAT, for adults who are suffering from opioid addictions. MAT combines medication and counseling and has been closely studied in the United States for decades. The FDA-approved prescription medications used in MAT can reduce opioid cravings and withdrawal symptoms, helping people stop opioid use more easily. In addition to receiving medication, patients who take part in MAT at our Comprehensive Treatment Center participate in individual and group therapy to learn how to better respond to triggers that might threaten their commitment to recovery and to meet with others who may understand what they’re going through. MAT is a comprehensive approach to opioid addiction treatment because it addresses the physical, emotional, and psychological factors of addiction.

Located in Stockbridge, MA, with a national referral base, the Austen Riggs Center is an open and voluntary hospital-based continuum of care for adults (18+) with complex psychiatric problems. We offer a range of interventions within an integrated psychodynamic framework. An emphasis is placed on patient authority and responsibility while examining the meaning behind behaviors and how behaviors impact relationships. We treat the individual, not just the diagnosis. Patients come to us with multiple diagnoses, but we understand that these labels do not necessarily capture the essence of their struggles or strengths. In addition, through our Remote Access Intensive Outpatient Program we offer online treatment to emerging adults (18-30) in Massachusetts or New York.
