We offer Individual, couple, family and group support, including intensive outpatient program for adults and adolescents. We offer therpautic yoga and nutrition consultation as well. We emphasize evidence-based treatment such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR), alongside innovative techniques such as mindfulness, play therapy, and art therapy.
