Primary Outpatient Program (POP)
Arbor Place, Inc. is happy to offer Primary Outpatient Program (POP) as an intensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment. POP provides a structured treatment experience for clients. Clients receive information, assistance in structuring a substance-free lifestyle, and support to achieve and maintain abstinence from alcohol and drugs. POP familiarizes clients with 12 step programs and other support groups, as well as teaching skills needed for early recovery and relapse prevention. Throughout the 16-week program, clients progress through required program components to gradually lead clients into aftercare phase and can be tailored to individual needs.

Recovery Management 101 Group
Recovery Management 101 group is designed to provide ongoing support and treatment after completion of a primary treatment program. It is designed to be an open forum group for personal updates, discussin about struggles and successes, and support for individuals in early recovery.

Cognitive Behavioral Treatment Group
Cognitive Behavioral Treatment (CBT) Group is facilitated by a Master's Level Therapist designed to assist clients in managing problems related to substance use and/or mental health disorders. Development of healthy coping skills and dealing with negative emotions without the use of substances is also covered. It is an "open" group, meaning clients can join at any time.
