To help your child work toward their goals and improve their well-being, we may incorporate evidence-based modalities like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Our adolescent inpatient program also offers individual, group, and family therapies, as well as experiential activities like music and art. In group therapy sessions, we choose topics that can best support the needs of patients. In our adolescent program, young people may discuss topics like anger management, relationships, and impulse control, as well as engage productively with peers who are also receiving inpatient treatment. Your child’s inpatient treatment experience will also include personalized aftercare planning with referrals for their ongoing care.
