Our 40 years of experience in treatment and research helps us provide the most up to date scientifically based treatment. Our staff has published hundreds of research papers, books, and appeared on television shows including CNN, Fox News, 20/20, and in print media including the Wall Street Journal. We have been nationally and internationally recognized in the field of OCD since the 1970s, conducting some of the first medication studies and pioneering the first intensive outpatient program for OCD and related disorders. We specialize in a variety of techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). We believe in a hands on approach by helping clients practice skills in the real world via home visits and out of office sessions. We have provided tele-therapy for many years, giving us the experience to provide seamless treatment during this challenging time. We offer individual, family, marital, couples, and group therapy. Each of our therapists is dedicated to providing the most advanced scientifically supported treatment in a nurturing and supportive environment. Our intensive program allows for faster gains in a shorter amount of time and consists primarily of individual therapy with groups as necessary. We are one of the few facilities in the country offering this program for obsessive compulsive related, anxiety, and mood disorders.
