Project Peace (Trauma Outpatient Group)
This adult group (ages 18+) is designed for individuals who struggle with symptoms of trauma or PTSD. The goal is to provide practical tools, support, and instill hope throughout the journey to recovery or wellness. Using the Seeking Safety curriculum, participants build coping skills, practice self-soothing techniques, and work to reduce symptoms. Meeting Time: Offered both virtually and in-person every Monday from 10:00–11:30 AM.

Holding Hope (Depression Outpatient Online Group)
This adult (ages 18+) group is virtual-led and designed for individuals experiencing depressive symptoms or bipolar depression. It offers a supportive space to build practical tools, find connection, and restore hope while working toward emotional wellness. Participants receive education on the cycle of depression, practice behavioral activation, and strengthen coping skills.
