Our team includes 80+ clinically qualified professionals—licensed counselors, specialists, and care navigators. We offer outpatient therapy, medication management, peer support, and targeted group therapy— all evidence-based and person-centered.

This adult group (ages 18+) is designed for individuals who struggle with symptoms of trauma or PTSD. The goal is to provide practical tools, support, and instill hope throughout the journey to recovery or wellness. Using the Seeking Safety curriculum, participants build coping skills, practice self-soothing techniques, and work to reduce symptoms. Meeting Time: Offered both virtually and in-person every Monday from 10:00–11:30 AM.
