DBT Skills Training Group
Four core skills can help individuals cope more effectively with life's challenges. The DBT skills training model will introduce participants to 1) Mindfulness, 2) Interpersonal Effectiveness, 3) Emotional Modulation, and 4) Distress Tolerance. The group accepts new members frequently but will require an individual meeting with Dr. Bunce before admission.

The DBT Informed Skills Group
This group helps clients understand and apply the varied skills of Dialectical Behavior Therapy to their difficulties managing emotions and urges. A weekly, 1.5 hour skills training session often feels as much like a class as it does a therapy group. New members are encouraged to participate fully in a 6-8 week module that covers some core area of DBT.
