My spinal cord injury reshaped my life and taught me deep lessons about resilience, acceptance, and inner strength. These experiences are at the heart of my work as a therapist. I understand what it means to navigate grief, identity shifts, anxiety, and major life changes, because I’ve lived through them myself. In therapy, I offer empathy rooted in real experience and a grounded, supportive presence. I help clients find stability, meaning, and connection as they rebuild their lives in ways that feel authentic and empowering.

You don't have to be in crisis to go to therapy. Sometimes it's just realizing you're tired of carrying the same stress, having the same thoughts, or getting stuck in the same patterns. Therapy gives you a place to sort through it without having to figure it all out on your own.
A lot of the people I work with are exhausted from always being the strong one or the one everyone leans on. Whether you're navigating grief, trauma, relationship or personality patterns, or constant anxiety, therapy can be a space to stop masking how hard it’s been and work through what’s underneath it all.

Nationally and state-licensed art therapy professional who specializes in working with individuals who have developmental needs (ASD and similar presentations), difficulty with life transitions, and mood conditions. I'm easygoing and patient, attentive to the clients' narratives to develop the ideal treatment plan. The art therapy aspect encourages self-exploration through creative outlets. Once clients reach out to an ACC clinician, they are directed to the new patient form. Once submitted, they are contacted by the intake coordinator, who moves treatment forward. The ACC team's main goal: provide compassionate, thoughtful care.

You don’t have to wait until things feel really hard to start therapy. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not quite yourself lately, you’re not alone. Therapy is a supportive space to talk things through, feel heard, and find ways to make life feel a little more manageable. I strive to create a supportive, compassionate space where you feel heard and understood. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or life transitions, therapy is a place where you can show up exactly as you are and begin making sense of what you're experiencing.
