At Anchor Counseling Center, we provide the tools to heal by offering reliable support, coordination of care, psycho-education, medication, and counseling. We provide counseling to individuals, families, couples, adults, and children. Anchor Counseling Center offers individual, marriage, and family counseling and treats children and adults for a variety of mental health needs. We also provide neuropsychological testing for adults and children. Anchor Counseling Center has over 35 experienced clinicians with a variety of specialties that provide superior and reliable mental health services. Your care is important to us and we uphold the highest standards of care and take dependability and reliability very seriously. We have locations in Lincoln, East Providence, Cranston, and East Greenwich and our offices are inviting and the staff is welcoming. We offer a spectrum of treatment modalities
At Anchor Counseling Center, we cover most of your treatment needs like anxiety, stress, work related issues, depression, mood disorders, marital concerns, trauma, substance abuse, behavioral issues, ADHD, anger management, autism, personality disorders, anger and defiance in children, self-esteem, OCD, some eating disorders, grief/loss, and LGBTQ+ issues to name a few. Our clinicians use a variety of treatment modalities including mindfulness, motivational interviewing, CBT, ACT, DBT, play therapy, and IFS. We also have clinicians who specialize in Christian Counseling. We have the ability to offer child psychiatry if the need presents. We understand the first phone call is the hardest
