Teens / Young Adults - Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
Altura Mental Health provides daily Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Programs for Teens, Young Adults, and their families, who are suffering from mental health issues. Highly flexible in-person and virtual (on-line) treatment options. We provide comprehensive IOP (Intensive Outpatient Programs) for teens and young adults, who are experiencing psychological conditions and distress, at our Pacific Beach facility, as well as on-line (virtual). Programming is after-school (4:00-8:00pm), weekdays.
