Substance Use and Mental Health treatment

We offer a comprehensive continuum of care, including outpatient detox, psychiatry, medication-assisted treatment, TMS, Ketamine, Partial Hospitalization Program & Intensive Outpatient Program, all under one roof. Whether you are struggling with mental health or substance use, we can help: Substance Use services: Our outpatient detox can get you started in our office for a couple of hours and continue the treatment in the comfort of your home. In many cases the patient can get back to work, school and family within 48 hours while still detoxing; safely and comfortably. Research strongly indicates that MAT such as Soboxone, Vivitrol, Sublocade and others can effectively and safely replace Opioids when used in conjunction with behavioral therapies. Once stable and on MAT, clients will attend therapy in an appropriate level of therapeutic care. Mental Health services: Our Mental Health continuum of care includes Partial Hospitalization Program (5 days a week and 5 hours per session), Intensive Outpatient Program (3 days per week and 3 hours per session) and General Outpatient (as needed). Our providers include Psychiatrists, APRNs, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Mental Health Counselors, Substance Use Disorders counselors, Care Coordinators and support staff. Groups
Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
The Substance Use IOP is for people who have stepped down from an Inpatient hospitalization, Residential Treatment and/or Partial Hospitalization Program and require continued treatment in a structured setting that is more than individual therapy. Evening IOP groups are held Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 5:30-8:30 pm. This a structured program consisting of group sessions to create a substantial support for substance use and mental health challenges that often contribute. Each session includes education, life skill-building, and open group discussions, all led by licensed professionals to promote healing, resilience, and growth.

Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program is designed for people who have been discharged from an Inpatient Hospitalization and need to step down before they step fully back in to life or need support that is more than individual therapy. This group is a structured series designed to provide meaningful support for people struggling with mental health issues. Each session provides educational material, life skills, training, and also an open group therapy discussion, all facilitated by licensed professionals.
