Alo's Sober Zen Sound Bath & Meditation
If you are looking for an experience that will leave you feeling lighter, with more stable moods, and mentally refreshed, a sound bath may be for you. At Alo House, we maintain a holistic approach to recovery. Along with psychotherapy and other traditional methods of treatment, we also embrace unconventional methods that promote the overall well-being of our clients. Join us weekly at Alo's Sober Zen, a sound bath that will take place every Monday from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Alo House in Malibu. This event is free and open to the public.
