Eating Disorder Treatment PHP, IOP & Outpatient
AlignED Care Eating Disorder & Mental Health Center serves teens (12+) and adults struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, and co-occurring mental health conditions. We treat anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, OSFED, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, ADHD, and perfectionism. Through PHP, IOP, and outpatient services, we support individuals who need more than weekly therapy as well as those stepping down from higher levels of care. Our goal is to help you build sustainable recovery in a supportive, weight-inclusive environment.
Evidence-Based, Whole-Person Care
Our multidisciplinary team integrates DBT, CBT, ACT, ERP, IFS, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), somatic approaches, nutrition counseling, supported meals, family involvement, and trauma-informed care. We support the whole person while helping clients build practical skills for lasting recovery and meaningful change.
