Our clinical staff is one of the largest professional teams consisting of licensed physicians, counselors, and nurses who are dedicated to reversing the progressions of the compulsive craving, seeking, and use of alcohol and other drugs. Aspire's outpatient program is the Gold standard in Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment programs. This program has been been operating for over 10 years and was the first Accredited Substance abuse program in Lubbock. This program is meets 3 times weekly in the evenings from 6pm-9pm. The program is approximately 8-10 weeks long. We have Educational groups, process groups, Chemical dependency groups, etc etc. Clients are assigned an individual Therapist and they meet weekly. We also have family and couples counseling available. We are in-network with most insurance and our self pay rate is $5200 for the entire program. We also serve pizza on Monday nights.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is a comprehensive therapeutic approach that research has found to be helpful with a variety of different disorders. Some of these disorders include borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and substance abuse. DBT's therapuetic approach includes four modules that are taught during the six month program. The four modules are: Core Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Restoration DBT has several licensed therapists who can tailor one's treatment to his or her needs. Restoration DBT has Skill Groups for preteens, teenagers, and adults.
