Oregon Trail Recovery is a long-term transitional living program. We provide PHP and IOP services which are paired with our sober living homes for those seeking recovery from chemical dependency. We serve men and women ages 18 and up for up to 3 months, and ask for a minimum of a three month verbal commitment. We use a variety of evidenced-based modalities of group and individual therapy, as well as adventure excursions.

We offer residential treatment, partial hospitalization treatment and intensive outpatient treatment plans, each one tailored to meeting the individual need of each patient. We offer life direction, guidance and tools for everyday living. Our program provides individual counseling, group therapy, extensive education, appropriate family treatment, 12 step meetings as well as alternatives to 12 step, and the facilitation of aftercare. Each patient's treatment plan is based on ongoing assessments by clinical and medical staff, and is based on the progression or regression of a patient's behavioral and medical state.

Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy (EFP) are therapy sessions for personal growth and treatment for those with mental disorders. Sessions are available to adults and adolescents and can be in an individual or group therapy setting. The Therapy Team consists of a Mental Health Therapist (certified with EAGALA- Equine Assisted Growth And Learning Association), the Equine Specialist (certified with PATH), and at least one horse. Clients interact with the horses in order to promote growth and learning.
