Akua Mind Body in Costa Mesa serves women struggling with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, codependency, and personality disorders. Many clients face challenges with relationships, work, and daily functioning due to ongoing symptoms. Some also experience co-occurring substance use disorders. Our clients seek a safe, supportive environment where they can address trauma, develop coping skills, and build resilience for long-term healing.
