Our mission is to help you lead a meaningful life by building a relationship with yourself through connection, community, and compassion. At an IOP (intensive outpatient) level we do this through psycho education, DBT, yoga, experiential therapy, wellness process groups, psychiatry, and life skills mentoring. At an OP (outpatient) level we do this through individual and family therapy, psychiatry, fellowship, life skills mentoring and provide opportunities to join group therapy if desired. Our evening IOP follows themes to help create structure, support, and consistency in order to support your path to wellness. Additionally, Aim Health is now offering Ketamine Assisted Therapy. Designed to specifically support breakthroughs through a combination of ketamine-assisted treatments and psychotherapy/integration. Ketamine-assisted treatments can help individuals access suppressed emotions and traumatic memories.
