Banyan Pompano is located just north of Fort Lauderdale, Florida and is a 20 minute drive from Fort Lauderdale International Airport. Banyan Pompano patients have access to a very diverse and supportive sober community with many meetings, sober events, activities and more. Patients go on supervised outings to the Pompano Beach Pier, as well as other recreational activities around the community. Residential Mental Health Program
Banyan Pompano offers inpatient care to effectively treat a wide range of both primary mental health and co-occurring diagnoses. This spectrum includes all mood, thought, and anxiety disorders. We understand the hardships of struggling with a mental health disorder and have been successfully treating patients to live prosperous lives for years. Groups
Group therapy
Group psychotherapy or group therapy is a form of psychotherapy in which one or more of Banyan therapists treat a small group of clients together as a group, typically as small as five and sometimes over 15 clients. The group therapy includes cognitive behavioral therapy and/or interpersonal therapy depending on the nature of the group, and therapist's recommendations. Clients develop, explore and examine interpersonal relationships within the group. The sharing of experiences and activities that apply to real life scenarios help with coping skills and working on underlying issues clients' are experiencing. This group is closed for active clients only.
