Adolescent Residential Treatment
Oasis Behavioral Health is a premier, live-in treatment center located in Chandler, Arizona. At our facility, we offer a residential program for adolescents ages 11-17 whose struggles with mental health and substance use disorders have interfered with their ability to thrive at home, in school, and socially. Founded on the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy, our residential programming is designed to help patients address the unique emotional challenges that come with being an adolescent today. Our goal is to provide young people with a safe, welcoming space where they can learn to manage their symptoms, cope with social pressures, and make healthier lifestyle choices. Adolescents in this program may receive basic medical care and medication management services as needed, and those who are battling addictions can participate in 12-Step programming. Patients remain in our residential program for an average of 90-120 days depending on their needs. Treatment Approach
At our treatment center, each young person’s care begins with an in-depth assessment. This comprehensive evaluation helps our team learn more about the patient’s struggles with mental health concerns or chemical dependency so that we can tailor their care to support their needs. We are dedicated to providing highly individualized, developmentally appropriate treatment that can help our patients overcome obstacles and establish a path to lasting healing. Our residential program services include basic medical care, medication management services, and group therapy. Led by licensed therapists, daily group sessions cover a range of topics, like education, coping skills, life skills, and relapse prevention. Group counseling is an important mode of treatment because it gives young people a chance to connect with peers who may be dealing with similar concerns.
