Our expert team focuses on the physical, spiritual and mental aspects of addiction in order to treat the whole person. At our Maple Grove clinic we specialize in evidence-based care for adults as well as treatment for co-occurring mental health conditions.

Nystrom & Associates provides therapy, psychiatry, and community-based programs to help adults, children, couples, and families struggling with their mental health. Elite Recovery offers Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) treatment to adult men/male and adult women/female identifying and adult LGBTQIA+ struggling with substance use and mental health issues. Elite Recovery, LLC is offering individual and group treatment services 100% in person. Virtual access will be considered on a case by case basis. Morning program is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 am-12:35 pm Men's Evening program is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5-7:35 pm Women's Evening program is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5:30 - 8:15 Women's Afternoon Program is Monday - Friday 1:30 - 5:05 LGBTQIA+ Program is Monday - Friday 9am-12:35pm Elite Advantage PHP IOP with Lodging 30 Hour Program for Men, 36 beds . Elite Recovery Engage offers a Co-Ed Virtual IOP for those 25 miles outside the Twin Cities Metro. Welcome to Hazelden Betty Ford's St. Paul, Minnesota campus where our treatment programs provide a community of hope and health. Our services include outpatient substance abuse treatment, clinically integrated and supervised sober living, and outpatient mental health services. Our programs address the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of alcohol and drug addiction allowing individuals to return to work and family as they continue to heal.

Located in the heart of the Embarcadero district, Foundations San Francisco offers a comprehensive intensive outpatient program and Partial Hospitalization for addiction and mental health conditions in a convenient urban setting. We provide highly individualized, confidential treatment to help you in your recovery. Our masters-level therapists offer Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapies alongside mindfulness and holistic practices with a flexible schedule. In addition, we offer 12-Step-optional programs where clinical decisions are driven by your unique needs. Participants attend the program for approximately 25 days or around 5 to 8 weeks. Participants attend the program a minimum of 3 days a week up to 5 days a week depending on the level of support needed. The Day IOP runs Monday through Friday 3 hours a day, 12PM –3PM and the Evening IOP runs Monday through Thursday 5PM – 8PM. OP is now available including 1 group and 1 individualize session per week. The program is certified by the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and accredited by The Joint Commission. Validated parking.

Young people between the ages of 12 to 25 find freedom from drugs and alcohol and to restore hope. Our accredited and acclaimed programs are nationally recognized with experts and highly specialized staff to meet the developmental needs of young people. Situated on 15 picturesque, wooded acres along the north shore of Medicine Lake in Plymouth, Minnesota, our youth campus provides the ideal setting to begin the journey to recovery. Our unique approach has led to our recognition as a national leader in the treatment of teen alcohol and drug addiction. And our continued commitment to the best evidence-based practices, keeps us ahead of the rest as well as our programs for families. Our innovative COR-12 program is the latest in our evidence-based practices. This program uses medications to help those addicted to pain pills, heroin or other opiates so we can successfully treat young people more successfully.

Sage Prairie patients often come to us after they have struggled with substance use disorder, using alcohol, opiates, stimulants (amphetamines or methamphetamines). Care Crossings is an agency that provides Substance Use Services. Our licensed professionals are able to provide flexible scheduling, allowing you to continue with your everyday lives. Our same-day assessments, as well as flexible treatment schedules, allow individuals and families to receive what they need when they need it. Care Crossings provide intervention, prevention, education, assessment, treatment, and both short and long-term Substance Use Counseling. We partner with community providers, working hand in hand to provide Medication-Assisted Treatments, Mental Health, Peer Recovery, and Sober Housing.

Located in the foothills of the majestic San Jacinto Mountains in Palm Springs, CA, Michael's House is fully equipped to partner with patients on the journey to recovery. By working with staff specially trained to handle co-occurring disorders, patients take a hands-on approach in the treatment process, which includes 12-step principles, life skills classes and group and individual therapy. At Newport Academy, our mission to empower teens and restore families takes into account every aspect of a teen’s well-being—physical, psychological, social, familial, educational, and spiritual. This whole-person philosophy of care seeks to heal childhood trauma and attachment wounds that lie at the root of anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders, such as substance abuse, eating disorders, and self-harm. Many of our clients struggle with severe depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, substance abuse, relationship problems and safety issues that require ongoing monitoring and treatment. Our programs can be an alternative to frequent hospitalizations by providing skills training and support designed to manage emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and crises while remaining safe in the community.
