Alhambra Valley Retreat (AVR) is a 24 hour residential treatment program for adult males suffering from alcohol and/or substance abuse. The program is licensed and certified by the State of California, Department of Health Care Services, and in 2021 received a three year accreditation by The Commission on Accredited Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). AVR is credentialed by Kaiser Permanente as a provider of services to over two million insured clients throughout Northern California. The program accepts all Kaiser clients in this region. AVR also accepts cash pay. The program is designed to treat 6 clients at a time, which allows for individualized treatment plans and personal attention to our resident's needs.The treatment program includes individual, group and family therapy with licensed therapists, addiction educational sessions, and recovery and treatment planning designed to help each client transition back to their community after successful treatment stay.

We are a boutique residential medical drug and alcohol detoxification facility specializing addiction treatment and dual diagnosis. We offer private rooms and a closely and professionally monitored medical detoxification using effective and safe methods to make your detoxification experience as safe and comfortable as possible. We also provide residential services for after the detox from 30-60 days. Our aim at Diamond House is to create a warm home-like environment where every individual has the privacy of their own room in addition to comfortable spaces for social interactions and group discussions. Evolve's robust clinical program includes individual and family therapy (at least five scheduled 1-hour sessions a week), DBT Skills Training Groups (4 times a week), and skills coaching (24/7). Teens learn and practice the four core skills of DBT: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. At Evolve, we don't just learn DBT, we live it. Discovery treats adult women 18 and over and adolescent males and females ages 10 - 19 in separate programs.
