At Active Path, I focus on providing therapy for those with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD. My approach is holistic and solution-focused. With this in mind, I seek to repair relationships and encourage individuals to work through obstacles that are keeping them from maintaining a happy and healthy lifestyle. My career as a therapist has encompassed a range of roles, including family therapy, couples counseling, in-home therapeutic services, and clinical supervision. I have experience in addressing complex mental health and substance use issues through evidence-based practices, such as bio-psycho-social assessments and treatment planning.
