Ready to make life changes? Call today.

We all experience difficulties in life: breakups, divorce, grief and loss as well as trouble with school or work performance. At ACT Services, we specialize in using evidence-based treatment approaches. This means there is research backing the effectiveness- it's proven to work, and more quickly than traditional "talk" therapy. We also recognize that everyone wants privacy, ranging from children not wanting to see their peers from school to lawyers burdened with a heavy and public caseload to other medical professionals. ACT Services was founded with you in mind. The building itself is full of various professional services, from dentists and chiropractors to massage therapists, insurance agents and financial services. Your privacy is important to us, and shouldn't be a barrier to quality care. We offer varied appointment times; if you have specific needs and do not see the appointment time you need available online, please feel free to call or email to inquire about availability (as it changes daily).

Online scheduling and easy to communicate with!

ACT Services believes quality mental health services should be available when inevitable events knock us off course and we can't "fix" it ourselves. Most people try several remedies before therapy, but sometimes extra help is needed because life just isn't going the way we want it to. Whether this is your first time in counseling or you just need a refresher, we can help you develop an individualized plan to help you achieve the goals important to you. Any questions you may have are welcomed, and once you're ready to schedule an appointment, you can call, email, or schedule online - your appointment will be reviewed once you have completed the intake questionnaire. Please keep in mind an online appointment request does not guarantee acceptance as a client with ACT Services. Rest assured - the online portal is HIPAA-secure, and there's nothing for you to print. Most requests are responded to within 24 hours. Have questions? Send us a secure message through the portal.

Find time in your day to prioritize you.

Getting to your appointment isn't supposed to be the hard part of counseling. Located only 10 minutes from Downtown Spokane, Mead, or 5-mile Prairie and 25 minutes from Deer Park or Medical Lake, we're centrally located just off the corner of Division and Wellesley in the NorthTown Office Building. We offer extended office hours to assist with your busy schedule. There is plenty of free parking, and public transit users can utilize two main stops off Wellesley or Division. We offer free WiFi in our reception as well as coffee, tea, and water. You deserve treatment from providers with proven excellence. Are you ready for your life to improve?
