I provide a supportive environment for clients to practice skills designed to enhance personal, relational, and professional satisfaction. My approach to therapy is brief, client centered, and outcomes-focused.
I provide therapy for the following; relationship distress, anxiety, depression, parenting training, workplace performance, career transition, positive adjustment to multiple sclerosis, and cognitive-behavior therapy in support of medical treatment for opiate dependence. My clients typically engage in therapy weekly for 1-3 months.
I have access to exceptional in and out-of-network mental healthcare specialists, including psychiatrists, neurologists, and clinical psychologists. I am an in-network provider for select insurance panels, and offer daytime, evening and Saturday appointments.
