Acera Health is created with a client-first mentality. We embrace that no two clients are alike and as such, the ingredients to overcome mental health challenges are not going to be the same for each client. Our model is to work with you hand-in-hand on identifying your strengths to create a personalized treatment plan at our outpatient facility that offers mental health treatment in our intensive outpatient program (IOP) and partial hospitalization program (PHP). Our mental health treatment can help with depression, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, and dual diagnosis. Our Services:
Acera Health’s Services are designed to support the recovery, health, or well-being of the persons or families served; enhance the quality of life of the persons served; reduce symptoms or needs and build resilience; restore and/or improve functioning, and; support the integration of the clients into their communities. These services include: Medication Stabilization, Individual Counseling, Group Therapy Sessions, Outpatient Treatment, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Behavioral Adjustment.
