Sanford Outpatient Center for Addiction Treatment is conveniently located 12 minutes from Greater Grand Rapids, in Marne, Michigan. We offer substance use disorder (SUD) and co-occurring mental health treatment to adults 18 or older. Programs are offered in person or via telehealth. The Outpatient Center has flexible, innovative, individualized recovery programs for those with work, child care, school, or other obligations. Outpatient treatment allows for continuing everyday activities while integrating effective strategies to manage recovery. Sanford Outpatient Center is a great place to gather for treatment and community support. A psychiatrist-led multidisciplinary team of medical and clinical professionals backs all our programs. Programs and services include medical and psychiatric assessments, medical detox, day programs (PHP), half-day programs (IOP only 3 hours a day 3 days a week), outpatient groups, medication management & MAT, post-acute detox, alums & family support, and supportive living.
