Our staff include: Clinical Director Medical Doctor, Board Certified Psychiatrist, Board Certified Addictionologist, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Licensed Registered Nurse, Addictions Counselors, Mental Health Counselors, and Social Workers. Our services include, but are not limited to the following: Referral, Initial Clinical Screening, Comprehensive Clinical Assessment, Individual & Family Planning, Treatment Plan Development, Service Coordination, Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Family Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Psychosocial Education, Case Management, Progress Reviews, Individual Reformulation, Discharge Planning, Medication Evaluation (Prescription & Management), Work/School Collaborations, and Social & Life Planning. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a comprehensive - 3 phase psychiatric & substance abuse program that consists of the following: 1) Initial Clinical Assessment and Screening 2) 12 - Weeks of Intensive Group, Individual, and Transitional Therapy 3) 24 - Week after care program that helps support sobriety and functionality.
