The Overfunctioning Woman in Love
The Overfunctioning Woman in Love is in a one-sided relationship dynamic and feeling very alone, resentful, and burnt-out. You find yourself walking on eggshells simply to keep the peace, dodging defensive responses any time you bring something up, and picking up your partner's slack as they continue to lead with selfishness and immaturity. In this group, Overfunctioning Women will unpack the complicated and confusing dynamics of this type of love relationship, focusing on different aspects of Overfunctioning, and exploring how to step in and nurture your Self-Restoration despite what your partner does or doesn’t do.

Attached to Food NO More!
During this 8-week interpersonal psychotherapy group, participants will come to understand: WHAT has created your compulsive, subconscious mis-use of food; WHY traditional Cognitive Behavioral-only therapeutic interventions are at-most 50% effective; and the 7 steps that will teach you HOW to create a healthy relationship with your Self that WILL heal your unhealthy relationship with food. If you are struggling to feel the way you desperately want (and deserve) to feel about your Self and if you have tried endless ways to “fix” your Self and it hasn’t “worked”… then PLEASE join me!

The Third Act: Life Transitions for Women 55+
The “third act” of life refers to the years after mid-life where you’re beginning to wind down from building and sustaining family, marriage, and career. Common experiences during this stage of life include: retirement, empty nest, divorce, widowhood, menopause, career changes, and aging. These experiences can usher in changes that feel good, and some that don’t feel good. It is often a time of deeper, soulful reflection, paired with a desire to reinvent oneself. And while this may be a time filled with more freedom than ever before, these changes can also feel stressful and isolating.
