Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program
Our Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (aIOP) is designed for teens ages 13–17 who may need more support than weekly therapy, but do not require inpatient care. Many of the teens we serve identify as neurodivergent, have experienced trauma, or are navigating emotional and behavioral challenges.
This structured 8-week program provides a safe, supportive, and validating environment where teens can build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen connections. Sessions are offered during convenient after-school hours to support both academic and family routines. Program Highlights
Evidence-Based Curriculum: Focused on skill-building, emotional processing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Small & Intentional: With space for only 8 participants, we foster connection, safety, and personalized attention.
Convenient Schedule: Meets three times weekly: Monday through Thursdays from 4–7 PM.
