Groups
Adolescent Groups
Our groups are offered in-person in Denton or Plano, or virtually. We offer the following group topics: Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), Boys Group, Girls Group, Emotion Management, Coping and Wellness, Relapse Prevention, and a Recovery Process Group. They are offered in evenings and on weekends, so they don't disrupt school hours. Our IOP Treatment Program provides group 3 times a week (2 groups at each meeting), weekly individual/family therapy, and Parent SUPPORT sessions; SOP offers 2 group meetings per week & therapy as recommended. We have optional weekly aftercare, as well.

Adult Groups
We offer Adult groups for our Substance Use Treatment in person in our Denton office, or fully-virtual. The group topics are as follows: Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), Coping and Relapse Prevention, Emotion Management, Coping and Mental Wellness, Relapse Prevention, and Recovery Process Group. At IOP level of care, we meet 3 mornings a week (see below) for 2 groups each morning; along with weekly individual/family therapy. At SOP level of care, we meet 1-2 mornings per week for group; and individual/family therapy as recommended. We also offer optional weekly aftercare sessions.

We offer the following adolescent classes: 1). Vaping Awareness. 2). Anger Management. 3) Alcohol and Substance Use Prevention. Our Adult classes are as follows: 1). Anger Management. 2) Substance Use Prevention, 3). Parent Project - Parenting Difficult Teens. 4). Crossroads Coparenting - for Parents who live apart, and a 5). Parent SUPPORT group for parents who have teens that are using substances. Please contact our office for the next available class.
