Newport Academy has residential and outpatient locations around the country, in order to give as many teens and families as possible access to the treatment they need to thrive. We provide industry-leading residential care, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and outpatient services with flexible schedules, all accredited by the Joint Commission for Behavioral Healthcare, the nation’s most respected healthcare accreditation body. In addition, Newport Academy offers continuing connection once a patient leaves our care, through virtual sessions providing ongoing support for both teens and parents; and through our robust Alumni program, which keeps former clients connected through online and in-person events and support groups.

Throughout its 163 year history, Edgewood Center for Children and Families has kept pace with the changing needs of the community. Today, it has the distinction of being the Bay Area's largest premier provider of behavioral health services. Within our Acute Intensive Service programs, we serve youth ages 6-18. Professional staff serve children who have faced severe, multiple trauma and help them heal to gain confidence. They also reach teens struggling with depression or thoughts of suicide by giving them the support they need in times of crisis. Edgewood is a resource to schools and community to address behavioral issues before they escalate. Quest is an innovative group program for kids 5-19, utilizing the natural environment of play to teach better emotional and social skills. Kids with mild to moderate emotional, learning and social problems participate in our 8-week summer (minimum 3 wk attendance) or 2 hr/week Afterschool program with licensed therapists and counselors developing individualized treatment plans based on need. Parents utilize Quest therapeutic techniques at home and receive written and verbal feedback on progress and effective approaches. Using unique therapeutic strategies developed by Dr. Field, founder, Quest campers improve self esteem, emotional coping and social interactive abilities. The Anxiety Treatment Center is the first & only treatment program in California and the U.S. that offers Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient Treatment, a Hoarding Disorder Program, Phobia Track, and Equine Assisted Activity Program (EAA) specializing in OCD and anxiety disorders. This includes Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Trichotillomania, and Excoriation Disorder, to name a few.. This facility provides the frontline treatment protocols for these conditions which includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). About Anxiety: Anxiety is the result of fear. When we are afraid, our body responds by producing physiological symptoms such as heart palpitations, sweating, trembling or shaking, shortness of breath, dizziness, and chest pain. These symptoms tend to produce a "fight or flight response" causing us to take action so twe can be "safe." Typically ones instinct is to go into a "flight" response, rather than stay and "fight" what is scaring us. Hence, we often times see individuals whose lives have become significantly limited due to avoidance of the situations that are producing the anxiety.

Youth Care is a residential treatment center for adolescents ages 11-18 who are struggling with issues such as depression, low self-esteem, and substance abuse. Located in Draper, Utah, our peaceful, home-like campus allows young people to work towards healing as they learn new skills and behaviors that will allow them to thrive at home, at school, with peers, and with their families. Programming at Youth Care includes a variety of therapeutic techniques that focus on respect, trust, and accountability, all applied in a real world setting. At Youth Care, we prioritize learning during recovery, and ensure that each young person we serve makes academic gains within our fully-accredited academic program.
