Ascend’s Adolescent Residential Treatment program is an intensive inpatient mental health program for teens who are struggling with severe mental health challenges. This level of care is optimal for youth who may be experiencing significant impairments in day to day life as a result of their depression, suicidality, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other challenges. Our residential treatment program is an integral part of our overall treatment programs with the goal of helping improve the lives of the youth of our community. Ascend Behavioral Health is the only place in the Central Valley where teens have the opportunity to be carefully guided through a smooth transition across our continuum of care that includes a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) when they are preparing to step down from inpatient residential treatment. We are committed to helping change the trajectory of lives and providing strength and resiliency to the lives of our community’s youth no matter how severe the struggles are.

Muir Wood Adolescent and Family Services treats boys and girls aged 12 – 17 experiencing substance use and mental health conditions. While we treat both boys and girls separately, this particular campus treats only teen boys. The Muir Wood Boys Program provides comprehensive, evidence-based care for boys experiencing a range of behavioral healthcare issues, including substance use disorders, anxiety, OCD, depression, mood disorders, and suicidality. Programming is gender-responsive and trauma-informed to create a safe and supportive atmosphere where teen boys can feel open and comfortable engaging in treatment and focusing on their care without distractions. Our boys campuses are beautiful, home-like settings in Sonoma County, California, where clients enjoy camaraderie, benefit from intensive integrated therapy, and enjoy recreation and experiential therapy activities.

As an intimate rehab, Elevation Behavioral Health provides our clients with specialized treatment to better meet their needs. Through the utilization of behavioral health, holistic and evidenced-based therapies, we provide inpatient mental health treatment and private inpatient mental health facilities.

At Evolve Woodland Hills, we provide the highest caliber of evidence-based residential treatment for adolescents 12-17 struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, ADHD, self-harming or high-risk behaviors, suicidality, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder, and other behavioral issues. Our primary modes of treatment are Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. We believe treatment works best when it is individually tailored, and our clinical staff conducts a comprehensive evaluation of each teen pre- and post-admission in order to develop a customized, highly detailed treatment plan that is constantly updated based on treatment progress. Our robust clinical program includes individual and family therapy at least 5 times a week; weekly psychiatry sessions; groups on DBT Skills Training, Anger Management, Relapse Prevention, and Seeking Safety; and daily academic support. Teens also participate in experiential therapies proven to support recovery (e.g. equine, surf, art, drama, music, fitness, cooking, yoga, etc.) as well as 12-Step/SMART Recovery programs for those struggling with substance use/dual diagnoses.  

We offer Central California's premier, adult mental health Residential Treatment Center, Partial Hospitalization Program, and Intensive Outpatient Program. Our program is run by talented and experienced mental health clinicians that use evidenced based treatment to help restore health and functioning in those that are struggling with mental health conditions. We have a residential ("inpatient") treatment center where patients receive treatment 24/7. Services include psychiatry, nursing, individual and group therapy, and more. Sierra Meadows also has a partial hospitalization program and intensive outpatient program that meets four to five days per week, at our outpatient center. Patients receive an initial psychological assessment, an individualized treatment plan, group and individual therapy, and case management services. We serve adults with a wide range of mental health conditions including those who are having difficulty coping with life’s stressors due to heightened mental health symptoms. This includes those suffering from depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, personality disorders, and more.

Muir Wood is a highly-respected, gender-specific, residential treatment center designed specifically for teens ages 12-17 struggling with mental health, behavioral, and/or substance abuse issues. While we treat both boys and girls separately, this particular location treats teen boys. Located on 26 acres in beautiful Sonoma County, California, our 7 campuses provide teens a safe and structured environment to explore sensitive underlying issues within a highly credentialed clinical setting. Our gender-specific environment invites teens to build strong peer support essential in early recovery. Our highly credentialed team works closely with teens and their families to develop individualized treatment plans that may include group therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavior therapy, and-when needed-medication management.
