At Iris Healing Center's Intensive Outpatient Program, we offer a diverse clinical program designed to benefit each of our clients as much as possible. All of our primary therapists are either Doctoral or Masters level educated, and have many years of experience working in the field of Addiction and Mental Health treatment. Additionally, they are all specially trained in Brainspotting - a highly effective clinical modality used for trauma treatment and resolution of trauma symptoms. Our evidence-based groups and sessions, groups like Breathwork, Rock to Recovery, and Guided Meditation are also included in the program at Iris Healing Center.

With 8 beautiful treatment centers from the cliffs of Malibu to the scenic hills of San Rafael, CA, Paradigm Treatment has been helping teens and young adults with mental health issues for over a decade. Our medical and clinical teams delve deep to address the root causes of the struggles young people face in today’s always-on yet disconnected world. We work closely with youth and their families treating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, mood and personality disorders, and co-occurring substance use. Our teachers address academic issues so that students are able to resume studies after treatment while experiential approaches such as mindfulness, yoga, and meditation empower clients to transform their lives in authentic ways. San Fernando Valley DBT is an adherent DBT Program serving the San Fernando Valley and surrounding Los Angeles region. We have a team of highly skilled, fully trained DBT therapists who offer individual therapy, DBT Groups, couples, and family therapy. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, or DBT, is a type of behavioral therapy that helps those struggling with emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness and distress tolerance issues. While it is very effective at treating those diagnosed with borderline personality disorder (BPD), it can also be very effective at treating those with depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, substance use and a variety of other symptoms. In fact, the skills taught in the group can be effective for almost any individual. For those seeking comprehensive DBT, our program includes weekly individual DBT therapy, group therapy, phone coaching, and family consultation as needed. Individual DBT therapists participate in a weekly consultation team with other trained DBT therapists. Clients who participate in all of these components will meet the criteria for a fully treatment adherent DBT program.

All of our programs are designed to deliver immediate support by utilizing a variety of techniques such as evidence based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), peer support, psychoeducation, mindfulness and other creative art therapies.
