Elevation Behavioral Health is one of only a few residential treatment facilities licensed to treat mental health disorders as a primary diagnosis. We are committed to providing clients with exceptional treatment in a compassionate environment. Pure Mental Health Program is a private, physician-led mental health residential and outpatient treatment program in a beautiful home setting. We specialize in the treatment of moderate to severe psychiatric problems. Our scientific, patient-centered approach has earned us the trust of families looking for mental health help for a loved one. At the heart of everything we do are the principles of compassionate care and the integrity. We deal with all mental health disorders and utilize a multidisciplinary team approach. Upon arrival, every patient is given a full medical and psychiatric, neurological and medical evaluation to address the underlying issues. Our goal is for our clients to achieve long term independent and successful functioning. Residential treatment is usually the most appropriate next step for individuals leaving a psychiatric ward or for those with deteriorating mental health conditions as outpatient treatment may be insufficient to achieve the desired results. Peninsula Health Center's outpatient programs cater to people who are seeking help with addiction treatment but cannot attend a residential program. Our clients attend treatment around their other responsibilities, such as work and family. Our clients struggle with addiction and a co-occurring disorder. We treat every substance addiction, and usually these addictions are coupled with mental health struggles, such as depression or anxiety. Our doctors and therapists ensure that every part of the patient is treated, as this has a higher chance of leading to long-term recovery. Our outpatient rehab programs serve the community of Palos Verdes and the South Bay through providing accessible treatment.

We are a community based mental health center that provides psychotherapy, group therapy, hypnotherapy, mental health and substance abuse interventions. Our Comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) residential treatment center in L.A. is perfect for teens ages 12-17 who struggle with mental health, behavioral, and/or substance abuse issues. Dialectical Behavior Therapy has a high success rate in adolescents with depression, anxiety, high emotional sensitivity, self-harm, and/or suicidal behaviors. Our program incorporates all four requirements of a formal Comprehensive-DBT program: individual/family therapy, 24/7 in-the-moment skills coaching, skills training groups, and weekly staff consultation team. (For out-of-state families, we conduct family therapy sessions via HIPAA-compliant video conference.) In our skills-training groups, teens learn the four core skill-sets of DBT: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, & Distress Tolerance. Adolescents benefit from psychiatric supervision, academic support, and experiential therapies: equine, surf, drama, music, art, yoga and more. While our primary modality is DBT, we also incorporate CBT, 12-Step Supports, Relapse Prevention, PTSD treatment, and other evidence-based modalities depending on your teen’s clinical needs.

Since 2012, Destinations For Teens has treated thousands of teens and their families lead a life in recovery by utilizing skills learned while in treatment. Our organization’s foundation revolves around the commitment to meeting teenagers and their families during their time of need while providing structure, support and the education necessary for long-term success. Our individualized treatment plans are carefully designed to help teens of all genders identities – ages 12 to 17 years old Many of the teens who come to us struggle with Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Identity Issues, OCD, Trauma, Substance Use, Self Harm, Suicide Ideation and other mental health conditions that interfere with everyday life preventing them from succeeding to their fullest potential… Destinations believes in treatment accessibility and are able to provide this to families as demonstrated by being a certified Tricare provider and in-network with most major insurance providers.
