We are a 45-120 day in-person or at-home treatment program with licensed providers offering ketamine assisted psychotherapy, group and individual psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, EMDR, psychiatry in a intensive program that has been show to help people break their depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Back2Basics combines addiction treatment program therapeutic counseling with experiential outdoor adventures to treat individuals with substance and alcohol addiction and lead them through rehab and recovery into long-term sober living. The program is highlighted by spending time in the beautiful serene wilderness where individuals are physically challenged, their minds are cleared and they learn ways to defeat old addictive thinking patterns through various outdoor adventures.

ASAP, the Adolescent Substance Abuse Program, has proven itself Arizona's finest outpatient treatment program for substance abuse in teens ages 13-19 since 1991. In 2021 ASAP proudly celebrated its 30-year anniversary. ASAP is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Thousands of families have found that the ASAP IOP Program can produce the "real-world" lifestyle changes that yield lasting sobriety for teens and a greatly improved quality of life for the entire family. The ASAP Program is found at three locations to cover the entire Valley: 1) 3839 E. Shea Boulevard in Phoenix, 2) 2530 S. Alma School Road in Mesa, and 3) 8607 N. 59th Avenue in Glendale. 3 Levels of Treatment: PHP, IOP & Ongoing Therapy. Recovery Center for the Arts offers 3 Levels of treatment plans designed to empower adult individuals to reclaim their lives, rediscover their inner strengths, and embrace lasting wellness. Level 1: Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Provides a structured program of outpatient substance abuse and addiction recovery services. Treatment is provided during the day, 5 days a week, for 4 weeks. Inpatient overnight stay not required but supportive living at for men at Garfield House is available for the duration of PHP. Options for women available. Level 2: Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Is an intensive treatment plan that offers therapy and support sessions several times a week, allowing individuals to maintain their daily routines and responsibilities while receiving focused treatment for addiction. In addition, after completing PHP it is recommended that clients continue with IOP. Care coordinators can help ALL genders secure short and long-term supportive housing. Level 3. Ongoing Outpatient Therapy Involves regularly scheduled counseling and therapeutic sessions for ongoing support.

Evolve Lafayette offers premier mental health, substance use, and dual diagnosis treatment for teens ages 12-17 struggling with depression, anxiety, self-harming/high-risk behaviors, addiction, suicidality, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Conduct disorder, Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and other emotional/behavioral issues. At Evolve, we cater exclusively to adolescents. Our treatment team includes a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist, licensed therapists, on-site nurses, counselors and 24-hour support staff. We focus on what we do best: creating a safe, supportive, warm home environment for teens to stabilize and learn practical ways to improve their emotional health. We believe treatment works best when it is personalized to each patient. Teens at Evolve Lafayette receive customized treatment plans that reflect their current symptoms, past history, and clinical goals. Our high staff-patient ratio, deliberately small groups (we only serve up to six teens at any given time), and licensed, experienced clinical team allow us to provide the highest caliber of personalized, evidence-based care.

It’s so hard to feel like your family is whole when your teen is struggling so much. Going to therapy once per week doesn’t seem to be enough and it can feel like things are even getting worse. This is where we enter the picture. Perhaps you’ve come across some different groups or treatment centers for teenagers, but once you get to know us a bit more you will see why we continue to hear time and time again that a season in our IOP changed their teen’s life. We can’t promise you that you’ll be able to just drop your teen off and pick them up at the end of program having everything all sorted out. In order for teenagers to change, the entire family needs to be involved to some degree. We don’t revel in telling you this part, but we are in the business of helping families reconnect and we’d be remiss if not to tell you that this will probably require some work on your part as well. We find that most parents are looking for a few extra tools to use at home.
