Simply put, it’s our mission to provide effective, caring, and high-quality mental health services. At our Phoenix, Arizona mental health clinic, we provide in-person and telehealth therapy, medication management and telepsychiatry, intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and partial hospitalization programs (PHP). What we do impacts the lives of our clients and their friends and families, and we take this responsibility seriously. The quality of our treatment is so important to us that we voluntarily completed the rigorous process required to receive accreditation by The Joint Commission. This difficult accreditation is usually only attempted by hospitals because of the intensity of the requirements – making us one of the only outpatient mental health practices in the Phoenix area to achieve this. We offer the full continuum of outpatient mental health services, which means that you can work with the same treatment team as your needs evolve – no more starting over again with someone new as needs change. Our diverse team can work with the whole family – children, teens, and adults and over the years we have had the honor of working with multiple family members at the same time.

Evolve Treatment Centers specializes in teens ages 12-17 struggling with dual diagnosis, high-risk/self-harm behaviors, suicidal ideation, and other mental health, substance abuse, or behavioral issues. At Evolve Danville, teens live on-site in a comfortable home for an average of 30-60 days and receive round-the-clock support and treatment. We incorporate multiple evidence-based practices including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Teens participate in individual/family therapy, psychiatry sessions, and daily therapy groups such as DBT Skills Training, Seeking Safety, Relapse Prevention, & Anger Management. For families from out-of-state, we offer family therapy via HIPAA-compliant video conference. Each teen receives an individualized recovery plan that is custom-designed to meet their therapeutic needs, encourage personal growth, and lay the foundation for lifelong recovery. We also integrate daily academic support and experiential therapies (e.g. equine, art, drama, fitness, boxing, cooking, and yoga) into our structured daily schedule. Evolve is fully licensed and accredited by CARF and the Joint Commission.

We know that you probably aren’t excited to have landed on this page today. Our hope is that by after doing our program though you will look back at this moment as the one that brought your family back together. It’s so hard to feel like your family is whole when your teen is struggling so much. Going to therapy once per week doesn’t seem to be enough and it can feel like things are even getting worse. This is where we enter the picture. Perhaps you’ve come across some different groups or treatment centers for teenagers, but once you get to know us a bit more you will see why we continue to hear time and time again that a season in our IOP changed their teen’s life. We can’t promise you that you’ll be able to just drop your teen off and pick them up at the end of program having everything all sorted out. In order for teenagers to change, the entire family needs to be involved to some degree. We don’t revel in telling you this part, but we are in the business of helping families reconnect and we’d be remiss if not to tell you that this will probably require some work on your part as well. We find that most parents are looking for a few extra tools to use at home.

Our Philosophy In order to properly assess, diagnose and treat dual-diagnosis clients, clinicians need more time than the typical 30-day evaluation period. Viewpoint Dual Recovery Center has helped countless individuals overcome trauma, develop coping skills, manage their medications, and connect with others. When it comes to mental health treatment, we believe that finding the right environment makes all the difference. The clinic offers two levels of outpatient treatment to help adults whose lives have been disrupted by depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and co-occurring addiction. Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) each feature a customized array of evidence-based, research-backed services. Adults can step down to these programs after completing residential or inpatient treatment, step up after completing traditional outpatient care or enter directly at the PHP or IOP level. Each adult undergoes a comprehensive assessment prior to admission that allows our team to develop a personalized treatment plan. At the PHP level, that plan may consist of medication management services, basic medical care, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy and experiential therapies. Adults in the IOP participate in weekly individual therapy and a variety of daily group therapy sessions. All clients who receive care at our outpatient clinic benefit from working in close collaboration with a team of compassionate and dedicated professionals whose sole goal is to help guide them toward better health.
