While we often begin care with weekly outpatient therapy, our individualized Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) may be appropriate for children, adolescents, or adults with anxiety, OCD, or OCD-related problems who want to accelerate treatment gains or are transitioning from residential, inpatient, or partial hospitalization.
