Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) is designed for adults age 18 and older who are seeking structured treatment but don’t require round-the-clock inpatient care. In our PHP, adults can receive comprehensive behavioral health support on a part-time basis and are able to return home at the end of each day. This flexibility allows individuals to make progress toward their treatment goals while fulfilling their responsibilities at work, school, and home. Patients in our PHP attend group therapy sessions that are led by our qualified therapists and cover topics such as coping skills, relapse prevention strategies, and tips for supporting healthy sleep. Patients can also engage in individual and family counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and Gestalt therapy and receive medication management services and basic medical care. Adults in our PHP meet five days a week for four hours each day, for six to 10 weeks.
