At Iris Healing Retreat, our clinical & medical team work closely together to create an individualized treatment plan designed to treat the whole person - Mind, Body, and Spirit. We address our clients addiction problem on a deeper level by simultaneously healing underlying mental health issue(s) or past trauma's. Iris Healing Retreat is well known for specializing in caring for clients considered to be 'dual-diagnosis'. We employ Doctorate-level clinicans and Reputable Psychiatrists to address the mental health component, and utilize the latest in available technology to heal any underlying traumas that our clients may have. In fact, Iris utilizes Brainspotting, the latest and greatest technology available for the treatment of trauma. Additionally, each client has accesss to 3x weekly neuro-feedback sessions , between one and two private, face-to-face individual sessions per week, and family therapy sessions, which can be done via video-conference if family is not local. At Cross Creek Hospital, located in Austin, Texas, we provide inpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with mental health concerns and need immediate stabilization and support. Our inpatient program offers clinically excellent therapies in a safe and secure environment where patients can begin their healing journeys. Inpatient treatment typically lasts seven to 10 days, and this short-term program can help people learn healthy coping skills and techniques for managing their symptoms. Patients receive round-the-clock care, which may include basic medical care, medication management, and detox services, if applicable. In inpatient programming, patients can participate in various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and 12-Step support groups. Qualified clinicians lead individual, family, and group therapy sessions to support each patient in achieving optimal mental health outcomes.

Arbor Intensive Outpatient Program, as part of the Arbor Behavioral Healthcare system, provides unparalleled support for those seeking treatment for substance abuse disorders on an outpatient basis. This program is also well-suited for those suffering a short relapse or who wish additional support after an inpatient treatment program. Arbor IOP is an 8-week, structured outpatient treatment program that is designed to help participants overcome personal issues and barriers to sobriety. Each client receives a highly individualized treatment plan offering a unique blend of evidence-based therapies, experiential workshops, life skills training, spiritual development, 12-step support, vocational support, and family support. Clients receive ten clinical hours per week, including four evening group therapy sessions, and one individual session per week. Random drug testing is conducted.

At Cross Creek Hospital in Austin, Texas, we provide a wide array of programs for adults who are struggling with mental health disorders and substance use concerns. Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) is designed for adults age 18 and older who are seeking structured treatment but don’t require round-the-clock inpatient care. In our PHP, adults can receive comprehensive behavioral health support on a part-time basis and are able to return home at the end of each day. This flexibility allows individuals to make progress toward their treatment goals while fulfilling their responsibilities at work, school, and home. Patients in our PHP attend group therapy sessions that are led by our qualified therapists and cover topics such as coping skills, relapse prevention strategies, and tips for supporting healthy sleep. Patients can also engage in individual and family counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and Gestalt therapy and receive medication management services and basic medical care. Adults in our PHP meet five days a week for four hours each day, for six to 10 weeks.
