Treatment for OCD and Related Disorders
With offices in The Woodlands, DFW and New Braunfels, we offer an Intensive Outpatient Program that takes place three days per week. In addition to Exposure/Response Prevention, program components include twice-daily check-ins to support program success. After an initial evaluation is completed and admission is approved, the suggested length of treatment is three to four weeks, with a minimum commitment of two weeks required for admission. The convenient format of our program permits minimal disruption of the family/work obligations. Treatment is conducted weekly, Friday through Sunday. Our commitment to our clients' success does not end with graduation from the program. The OCD Clinic is proud of our extensive after-care client support. We also offer Remote Consulting for those individuals who are not yet ready to enter in-person treatment or those with geographical distance. Post-OCD Coaching is also available. What to Expect
Our goal is to guide and support you through your journey to recovery through efficient,research supported techniques. Each of our Clinicians has achieved the highest level of training in treating Obsessive Compulsive and Related Disorders. Our program is designed to meet your personal situation based on your needs. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed to be convenient and manageable. The primary focus is on reducing challenges and obstacles to your life and functioning. Treatment is highly customized to meet the needs of each individual. You (and when helpful) your family will be an integral component of the Treatment Team. We will develop a course of action following an initial evaluation. Why Chose Intensive Outpatient Treatment?

We employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including Exposure/Response Prevention) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to provide custom Treatment Plans tailored to each person's individual circumstances.
