Bee Cave Recovery is a community-based nonprofit treatment center devoted to fighting the alcoholism and addiction crisis in our community. We believe that everyone who struggles with drugs and alcohol can experience lasting recovery. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed to provide treatment that fits into daily life. Meeting four evenings a week for six weeks, clients are able to maintain employment, as well as family and community involvement. Having the opportunity to practice complete abstinence and new coping skills in the “real world” while engaged in treatment is the basic formula for a successful recovery. Along with our IOP, we offer individual and family counseling, meditation and aftercare group meetings. All of these resources together help our clients navigate the journey to a successful sobriety.

At Cross Creek Hospital, located in Austin, Texas, we provide inpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with mental health concerns and need immediate stabilization and support. Our inpatient program offers clinically excellent therapies in a safe and secure environment where patients can begin their healing journeys. Inpatient treatment typically lasts seven to 10 days, and this short-term program can help people learn healthy coping skills and techniques for managing their symptoms. Patients receive round-the-clock care, which may include basic medical care, medication management, and detox services, if applicable. In inpatient programming, patients can participate in various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and 12-Step support groups. Qualified clinicians lead individual, family, and group therapy sessions to support each patient in achieving optimal mental health outcomes.

Our experienced staff integrates the treatment of opioid addiction with the treatment of additional psychiatric disorders, other addictions, and chronic pain problems. We provide individual case management, educational and therapeutic groups, ear acupuncture ("acudetox"), and yoga. Our additional psychiatric treatments provided by our full time, board certified Psychiatrist including medication management and EMDR for PTSD symptoms as clinically indicated. Our affordable weekly fees include both medication and all services. We provide both long term "maintenance" treatment and short term medication tapers but longer term treatment is generally recommended as the standard of care for this chronic and relapsing disorder. Time in medication assisted treatment (MAT) is the best predictor of long term success. We also help people taper off medication when they are ready. The Austin Center for Grief & Loss provides counseling services to individuals and families who have experienced grief or trauma due to the death of a loved one from illness, accident, suicide, or violence; along with those who have experienced loss due to divorce, separation, or postpartum depression. Austin Grief immediate action to broadly expand our mental health services via telehealth to meet the needs of people suffering extreme stress, anxiety, and other mental health impacts due to COVID and during this time of social unrest. People are experiencing loss of health, jobs, community, and sense of security. Austin Grief is here to meet those needs. Our professional counseling and therapy groups are provided by licensed therapists with highly-specific training in the areas of grief, loss, and trauma. We also provide on-going, donation-based peer support groups formed around specific types of loss (no ongoing fees to attend). Our agency strives to help anyone in need. At Cross Creek Hospital in Austin, Texas, we provide a wide array of programs for adults who are struggling with mental health disorders and substance use concerns. Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) is designed for adults age 18 and older who are seeking structured treatment but don’t require round-the-clock inpatient care. In our PHP, adults can receive comprehensive behavioral health support on a part-time basis and are able to return home at the end of each day. This flexibility allows individuals to make progress toward their treatment goals while fulfilling their responsibilities at work, school, and home. Patients in our PHP attend group therapy sessions that are led by our qualified therapists and cover topics such as coping skills, relapse prevention strategies, and tips for supporting healthy sleep. Patients can also engage in individual and family counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and Gestalt therapy and receive medication management services and basic medical care. Adults in our PHP meet five days a week for four hours each day, for six to 10 weeks.
