PrairieCare provides each individual patient the psychiatric care truly needed with specialized psychiatric services for all ages. Our comprehensive care includes Inpatient Hospitalization focused on safety and stabilization, to address acute health and safety concerns; Residential Services for youth ages 10 to 18, with an average length of stay between two and four months; Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers intensive crisis stabilization, specialized psychiatric assessment, and intensive therapeutic services; Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) offering programming four or five days per week, with psychoeducation and group sessions; and Clinic/Outpatient Clinic Services providing specialized psychotherapy, psychiatry, medication management, and evaluation. We also have Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy services at our Edina and Woodbury locations near Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Since 2002, MHS has provided intensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy services for individuals with significant difficulties in daily functioning. Many of our clients struggle with severe depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, substance abuse, relationship problems and safety issues that require ongoing monitoring and treatment. Our programs can be an alternative to frequent hospitalizations by providing skills training and support designed to manage emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and crises while remaining safe in the community. We collaborate with our clients and their treatment teams with the goal of long-term symptom reduction and improved mental health.

At Newport Academy, our mission to empower teens and restore families takes into account every aspect of a teen’s well-being—physical, psychological, social, familial, educational, and spiritual. This whole-person philosophy of care seeks to heal childhood trauma and attachment wounds that lie at the root of anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders, such as substance abuse, eating disorders, and self-harm. Over 12+ years of industry-leading outcomes, we’ve learned that sustainable healing requires integrated, family-focused treatment that addresses these underlying issues. Our approach provides guidance for authentic connection with self and others through evidence-based clinical, experiential, and academic modalities. Individual, family, and group therapy sessions support teens to build self-understanding, reframe thinking, and repair ruptures in the family system. Experiential therapy allows teens to process emotions and build trust, collaboration, and enhanced self-confidence. Structured hours in the classroom each day, along with individual tutoring, enhance teens’ executive functioning, organizational skills, and love of learning.

Elite Recovery offers Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) treatment to adult men/male and adult women/female identifying and adult LGBTQIA+ struggling with substance use and mental health issues. Elite Recovery, LLC is offering individual and group treatment services 100% in person. Virtual access will be considered on a case by case basis. Morning program is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 am-12:35 pm Men's Evening program is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5-7:35 pm Women's Evening program is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5:30 - 8:15 Women's Afternoon Program is Monday - Friday 1:30 - 5:05 LGBTQIA+ Program is Monday - Friday 9am-12:35pm Elite Advantage PHP IOP with Lodging 30 Hour Program for Men, 36 beds . Elite Recovery Engage offers a Co-Ed Virtual IOP for those 25 miles outside the Twin Cities Metro. Our primary focus is helping children and adolescents ages 5-18 with behavioral and emotional struggles. We use an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that helps kids return to healthy, stable and productive lives. Our whole-body approach promotes adequate nutrition, sleep, exercise and especially time in the outdoors. Using telehealth, we continue to provide individual therapy for youth and adults, family therapy sessions, intensive programming – including group therapy – and medication management.
