LH-PAC is an outpatient therapy and assessment center located in the Lowry Hill neighborhood of Minneapolis, MN. We offer individual, couples, and family therapy as well as psychological assessments. Our clinicians have a variety of clinical orientations and modalities of treatment.

Hazelden Betty Ford's Plymouth, MN campus is where we've been helping adolescents, young adults and families impacted by the disease of addiction for more than 30 years. Young people between the ages of 12 to 25 come to our campus to find freedom from drugs and alcohol and to restore hope. This program uses medications to help those addicted to pain pills, heroin or other opiates so we can successfully treat young people more successfully.

Our outpatient programs offers a treatment model that allows for individuals to fully experience treatment and incorporate it with their lives, whether working, volunteering, caring for family, or going to school. Our treatment team of licensed addiction counselors also includes mental health professionals so that our clients with co-occurring mental health disorders can get an integrated treatment plan and services.

In many cases, patients who are suffering from addictions to alcohol and drugs are also suffering from a mental illness. When most people go to the typical treatment facility, they receive treatment for their substance abuse issues, but not the mental health issues that are actually causing the problem. At River Ridge, we offer dual diagnosis treatment to ensure every patient gets the best chance at a successful long-term outcome. We added walk-in substance use disorder/ rule 25 assessment hours Monday-Friday, to help meet clients where they are at.

Care Crossings is an agency that provides Substance Use Services. Our licensed professionals are able to provide flexible scheduling, allowing you to continue with your everyday lives. Our same-day assessments, as well as flexible treatment schedules, allow individuals and families to receive what they need when they need it. Care Crossings provide intervention, prevention, education, assessment, treatment, and both short and long-term Substance Use Counseling. We partner with community providers, working hand in hand to provide Medication-Assisted Treatments, Mental Health, Peer Recovery, and Sober Housing.
