Stillwell Athens IOP serves young adults (18–35), including college students and early-career professionals, experiencing anxiety, depression, mood instability, trauma-related stress, identity concerns, or difficulty functioning during life transitions. Clients often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and need more support than weekly therapy but want to remain engaged in school, work, and daily life.
Our IOP runs 3-4 days a week with groups in both the morning and evening hours (before/after classes and work). You will work with a primary therapist, a psychiatrist, group therapists, and coaches to support you every week.
