The Weill Cornell Medicine Center for Trauma and Addiction is an outpatient, evidence based mental health treatment program that focuses on healing developmental and adult trauma The Center’s primary treatment modality is EMDR, an evidence based therapeutic intervention with a very high success rate. After undergoing a 30 minute intake and a one session psychiatric evaluation, each client is assigned to a trauma trained psychotherapist with a minimum of 10 years experience. Treatment is tailored to the individual; services are available virtually or in person, based on the clients’ needs.
