The $50 Application fee entitles you to up to three in-person consultations with a therapist who will then make a treatment recommendation and either facilitate a referral to an experienced training candidate or recommend that you continue in treatment with the consulting therapist. We are a team of Marriage and Family Therapists who provide Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy. All of the therapists have over 5-10 years of combined experience in the mental health field including our interns. All interns are trained in Level 1 Gottman Couples Therapy , and receive weekly training on other models in the Marriage and Family Therapy field. Our Comprehensive DBT treatment program is suited for teens ages 12-17 who struggle with these and other mental health, behavioral, and/or substance abuse issues. We incorporate all four Comprehensive-DBT requirements: individual & family therapy, 24/7 in-the-moment skills coaching, skills training groups, and weekly consultation team. ADHD has become a widely recognized challenge that can be treated medically as well as non-medically. Depending on the child or adult and their specific circumstances and needs, we can help. To assess and diagnose, we have experienced psychiatrists and psychologists on staff. Once diagnosed, if medication is warranted as a part of the treatment plan, the psychiatrist would continue in his/her role as the prescribing physician. He/she would communicate with the other clinicians in the center who, as part of the treatment team, would have non-medical roles in the effective treatment of ADHD and its associated conditions.
