We conduct evidence-based therapy groups grounded in DBT/CBT skills, mindfulness, and holistic wellness. Clients are assigned a primary therapist with whom they meet weekly. We provide a parent support group every Monday for parents of our clients and extensive parent therapeutic coaching.
