As behavioral health urgent care centers, our Whitinsville and Plymouth locations provide mental health care with extended hours and limited wait times, in addition to traditional counseling services.
Our Whitinsville and Plymouth locations became part of Advocates in July 2024, when Family Continuity merged with Advocates. Like all of our counseling locations, these sites offer services for both individuals and families.

Woonsocket Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), located in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, supports adults age 18 and older who are struggling with opioid addictions. Our center offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT), an evidence-based intervention that can help people withdraw from opioids and maintain lasting recovery. Respected organizations such as the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) recommend MAT for the treatment of opioid addiction. MAT programs provide holistic care by offering prescription medication and counseling as part of an individualized treatment plan. Our outpatient MAT program at Woonsocket CTC offers methadone, a medication that can reduce the distressing symptoms and cravings that may occur with opioid withdrawal.
