Don’t you wish life came with a handbook on how to do it right? Me too. Instead, society expects you to know how to manage feelings of despair, fear, guilt, anxiety, isolation, trauma, hopelessness, and doubt while also dealing with family, friends, relationships, careers, health, and social norms. It’s easy for mental health to take a backseat when you're trying to focus on everything else. You want to move towards the life that you want, and you realize that you need some help getting there. Keep going. You got this. You just need a safe, supportive place to be who you are and work some things out that may be holding you back.
Making sense of what is happening in the world, the neighborhood, the family and even within myself has taken on a new intensity and urgency! If you have lost the joy in your life, it is ok to reach out for help that enables that joy to emerge from deep within. Whatever your issue, contact me to see if there is a connection that makes a difference.
