• Not able to accept new client at this time • Sometimes the first step is the scariest one and that is why you are in the driver's seat. I know that finding a therapist can feel overwhelming. I believe our greatest challenges can reveal the best parts of ourselves, some that we didn’t even know existed. I focus on resilience and strength while understanding that courage and patience are key when working towards wellness.
